I rented from StorQuest in Kalihi back in 2008 and was always very satisfied there. I live on the North Shore and am more than impressed with my new facility at Waikele - the place is unbelievably clean, the staff organized, friendly and helpful. It's the BEST deal in town ad NOBODY has security like this place. Thank you for being there for me once again!

Went in to rent a Uhaul and decide to get a storage as well during my move. It is not your regular storage place, it is very unique. I was told it was an old military artillery ground. Workers are very helpful and nice. Alison gave great service.

The staff at StorQuest Waikele is awesome! They were very helpful with assisting us and making our move much less stressful! It was very convenient as well that we could rent a U-haul through them. Each person went out of their way to help and be courteous! Prices are the best we could find on the island and their units are the most convenient!

I apologize for forgetting their names, but the female & male who work in the office are absolutely awesome. They're always there to help when something is needed, & their customer service are always welcoming. It's also a very clean & well maintained storage, I trust with my belonging's. Alyson and Sierra (not sure about the spelling) are the greatest. Been here for over a year and every time I needed a truck or a new unit one of them always made it happen. The most polite and courteous people I have dealt with. The units are clean and compared to other Businesses the have the best setup for best price especially with the high ceilings. Military discounts or usually they have monthly promotions. I moved from out of the area but then moved back and kept my stuff here only because they have been so nice and helpful, no matter how inconvenient it was to drive out this way when I wasn't living here they always made it worth it and always friendly. You want that "family member where you put your stuff at" this is the place!

Alyson was extremely helpful. I called in the morning before store hours and received a call from Alyson right when they opened. When I came into reserve a parking stall she was prompt to help me out. I would recommend storquest to anybody looking to store their car somewhere. Very reasonable rates!

Very pleased with my experience here. Storage unit rates were the lowest I could find in the Waipahu area. Facility is clean and well kept. I liked the convenience of renting a U-Haul van from this location which made for an otherwise pleasant move.

The entire staff is amazing. I had my 1967 ford mustang in storage. Since I am not living in Hawaii they made everything so easy for me through communiction via email and phone. Rychelle was a great help when I finally closed my unit and shipped my car off island

Pretty good service. Very clean. Only issue is there should be more than one person available to help. But the staff did try their best to help speed through due to the rain.

Very secluded place! And it's awesome! It was the cheapest place we found but it's not 24 hrs access. Had we known that before we wouldn't have went with them. But I'm OK with our decision. The staff is friendly. It's not far from the outlet shopping center and restaurants!!

Now in most circumstances I am sure my experience would have been more positive with this place, But unfortunately My own experience had a big disappointment involved. I booked threw a 3rd party who told me that the storage facility would be open till 6pm. My quick google search also confirmed that they would be open till 6PM. So I made my Moving arrangements accordingly. upon arrival with my first of 2 loads to the location I was notified that on this particular day they decided to close earlier than usual for a "meeting" lol and that I would not be able to complete my move and do my second load to the facility. Now they were planning on closing at 4 and I attempted to rush and make the second load I arrived by 4:15 pm. I tried calling them at 3:55 to notify them I was getting close and would be there soon. But they honestly didn't care, it was obvious that this "meeting" was more important than the customers. When I arrived with my second load there was another customer there caught off guard by this random early closing on a 1st of a month (Dec 1st). As a business manager I couldn't but help but think what kind of dumb ass manager decides to hold a meeting that requires a business shut down during business hours and on a 1st of the month which should be the busiest day of the month for a storage facility. Not to mention their lack of flexibility in accommodating paying customers who are affected by their idiotic business management decisions. in the end of the day my second load had to be left out in the rain until my return 2 weeks later where i could complete my move. I wonder why I bothered with these guys at all.
All that aside the place is fairly nice in an old amunitions depot.

I realize that your vehicles are utilized mostly for moving stuff and might be a little dusty or some dirt. But the truck that we rented, had so much dog hair in it everywhere I was just waiting for the dog to jump out at me! It was disgusting, I tried to clean it out but, there was no way without a good vacuum! I should have inspected before he drove off!
It would be nice if, someone would inspect for cleanliness as well,instead of just dent and scratches! The inside should be just as important as the outside!

Do not recommend, customer service is lacking. Not sure why the previous owner lost the contract to control this property, however
this new present company that has taken over has assumed a noticeable difference/decline in customer service.

I swept and folded the blankets and was still charged an additional 25$ cleaning fee. My suggestion is to rent a uhaul from somewhere else if you live on Oahu. I spoke with an employee asking her specifically where she wanted the blankets and the handi-truck and she told me to fold them and leave them in the back of the truck and place the handi truck by the front door because they had to go somewhere on the property and I am a customer of you because you rent U-Haul trucks, And you still charged me 25$ so I hope you learn how to communicate with your customers better.
